After many trials and tribulations in the homebuying circut, we've finally landed the big one!
It's '27 craftsman with the original . . . paint! I guess it's time to buy all 20 seasons of This Old House!
Andrea and I are, of course, stoked! We'll be living in the upstairs apartment while we "refurbish" the downstairs and try to get me graduated. Since this might require the sort of effort that you'd like at least recorded, we've set up a blog of our own so that our friends, family, and investors can view the damage. . er. . . progress.

What a great abode! I bet if you tried, you could get Bob Vila to film an episode of "This Old House" there. Maybe they'll throw in some DVD's as a bonus :-) Good luck!
Looks great Deet. I love the handicap accesible ramp and the air conditioning unit in the upstairs window. Can't wait to see the inside.
